Judge Ross hears 43-person docket

A 43-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court.

Included in court action:

‘ Edwardo Guillen was directed to serve 55 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose his license for two years for second-offense DUI and failure to appear in court. He must also serve the remainder of a prior sentence for violation of probation in addition to his new sentence.

‘ Jonie McMahan was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $210 and attend anger management for domestic assault.

‘ Jeffery D. Hobbs was bound to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault.

‘ Stephanie Bass was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of theft.

‘ James D. Barks was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $250 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for simple possession of drugs.

‘ Monty Miller was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for simple possession.

‘ Jeffrey P. Dennison was bound to the grand jury on the charge of shoplifting.

‘ Stephanie Bass was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.

‘ Justin Kyle Whitmore was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.

‘ David Hill was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.

‘ Michael Madewell was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution on seven worthless checks.

‘ James Turner was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution on four worthless checks.

‘ Fred Ferrell was given a six-month probationary sentence and must make restitution for vandalism.

‘ Tammy Gail Nunley was directed to serve five days for disorderly conduct.

‘ Lori Ann Pinkard was bound to the grand jury on the charge of filing a false report.

‘ Roberta Jordan was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $496 for phone harassment and trespassing.

‘ Toby Hillis was instructed to serve 48 hours, pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for public intoxication.

‘ Kimberly Stamps was fined $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.

‘ Jacob Skidmore was fined $50 plus costs for failure to appear in court.

‘ Melissa Melson must serve 90 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.

‘ Terrin Martin was bound to the grand jury on the charge of violation of probation.

‘ Susan Brewer must serve 90 days for violation of probation.

‘ Roxanne Haga must serve five days and pay $50 plus costs for contempt of court.

Clarification

‘ Della Jeanine Fults of Hennessee Bridge Road is not the Della Fults charged with theft.
