So how long is the old Kmart space going to stay empty? Granted, recruiting retail business is no easy task but this is getting ridiculous.

Folks are quick to focus on Target and Roses as potential stores, but a Target official told me five years ago there are absolutely no plans for a Target in McMinnville. And the Roses saga has been ongoing for well over a year.

Why don’t we change gears. How about Peebles or H.H. Gregg. How about Best Buy or Belk. How about Old Navy or even Dick’s Sporting Goods. Those are just some suggestions.
