Stanley sentences eleven in Circuit Court
Eleven people were among those handed sentences last week by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley. Included in Circuit Court action:
‘ Brandon Solomon was ordered to serve 210 days of a two-year sentence for failure to update his address with the sexual offender registry in a timely manner while being a convicted sex offender, and violation of probation.
‘ Chad Canter was directed to serve 180 days of a six-month sentence, make restitution and perform 16 hours public service work for hindering secured creditors.
‘ William E. Earls was instructed to serve 60 days of a two-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of marijuana.
‘ Valerie Nichole Altman was granted a judicial diversion and must perform 40 hours public service work and pay $250 plus costs for theft.
‘ Michael Eugene Lattimore was instructed to serve 30 days of a one-year sentence and pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of marijuana and hindering secured creditors.
‘ Lisa Scott was ordered to serve 60 days of a one-year sentence, pay $500 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for third-offense driving on a revoked license.
‘ Julie Allen was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $650 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.
‘ Ronald Kevin Pendergraph must serve three days of an 11-29 sentence for DUI.
‘ Willard Fults was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 16 hours public service work and lose his license for three years for third-offense driving on a suspended license.
‘ Randy C. Gilley was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence, perform 48 hours public service work and pay $50 plus costs for leaving the scene of an accident and possession of drug paraphernalia.
‘ Brian W. Cruisinberry was fined $50 plus costs for disorderly conduct.
Clarification
Barbara J. Hillis, a teacher at Dibrell School, is not the Barbara Hillis charged with DUI by drugs.
