Judge Ross hears 43-person docket
A 43-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:
‘ Peter Bell was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.
‘ Latisha Ferrell was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must attend anger management for domestic assault.
‘ Tisha Johnson was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must perform 16 hours public service work for assault.
‘ Melissa Lemons was granted an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $75 plus costs for theft.
‘ Crystal Parton was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.
‘ Eric Conaster was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.
‘ Mary Deberry as fined $50 plus costs and must perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption.
‘ Issac Lopez must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
‘ Trent Mathis must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by three months for violation of probation.
‘ Eric Messer must serve 10 days for failure to appear in court.
‘ Annette Morton must serve 48 hours for failure to appear in court.
‘ Jose Torres must serve 30 days for violation of probation.
‘ Sam Wooten must serve 30 days and have his probation extended for violation of probation.
‘ Harlie K. Jennings must serve the balance of sentence and was put on the no-probation list.
‘ Christopher Biles must serve 60 days for violation of probation.
‘ Shaun T. Hill had his probation revoked for violation of probation.
