Home health care executive charged with drug trafficking
Bill Talley, 42, president and CEO of Tennessee Home Medical Inc. in Nashville, is charged with possession for resale of cocaine, Xanax, Lortab, Lomotil and Klonopin, according to Nashville police.
Talley also is charged with unlawful possession of a pistol, misdemeanor marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said the investigation also turned up hundreds of printed and electronic photographs depicting child pornography from Talley’s home and office. They said child pornography charges against Talley are imminent.
He was being held Wednesday on $180,000 bond.
Talley is president of the Tennessee Association for Home Care’s board of directors, according to the association’s Web site.
Police said they went to his apartment on tip to the department’s (615) 244-DOPE hotline.
