Fifteen people were sentenced this week by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court.
Included in court action:
Darinel Molinda was ordered to serve one year of an eight-year sentence and pay $4,000 plus costs for sale of drugs.
Charles Pointer was instructed to serve 240 days of an eight-year sentence, pay $4,000 plus costs and perform 30 hours public service work for sale of cocaine.
Carlin Wilson was ordered to serve 240 days of a five-year sentence, pay $1,000 plus costs and forfeit his weapon for possession of meth, marijuana and a weapon.
Brian Brashears was ordered to serve 150 days of a three-year sentence, pay $750 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for violation of habitual traffic offender status and simple possession of drugs.
Kevin Domer was ordered to serve 60 days of a four-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for manufacture of meth.
Toby Hillis was directed to serve 15 days of a two-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for sale of drugs.
Shane Edward Snider must serve two years for attempt to manufacture meth.
Shannon Campbell was instructed to serve 30 days of a three-year sentence for manufacture of meth.
Vanessa L. McCormick was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $325 plus costs for simple possession of marijuana and theft.
Steve A. Brown was directed to serve 180 days of a four-year sentence, pay $75 plus costs and perform 40 hours public service work for theft over $10,000. He also had his probation violated.
Jason W. Hobbs was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 150 hours public service work and make $650 restitution for theft.
William Jason Fults was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $100 plus costs for reckless driving and resisting arrest.
Audrey Hillis was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and forfeit driving privileges for one year for DUI and evading arrest.
Jackie Harrison must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.
Bobby Duncan must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
