A 146-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court.
Included in traffic court action:
Robert D. Williams was bound over to the grand jury on charges of 10th-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of traffic offender status.
Ronald F. Smith was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $160 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for possession of a drug without prescription, driving on a revoked license, failure to yield and violation of the open container law.
Megan DeBerry was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and forfeit her driving privileges for one year for DUI.
Michael D. Foster was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI.
Christopher J. Watson Jr. was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI.
Francisco J. Ramirez was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI.
Rodrigo G. Gordonez was instructed to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $360 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI and driving without a license.
Donald Cagle was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.
Trevor Billings was fined $250 plus costs and must forfeit his driver’s license for one year and perform 16 hours public service work for driving while impaired.
Justin Shockley was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.
Jose Santiago Lira was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.
Jason Caruthers was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for driving on a revoked license.
Jose Cruz Albarez must serve 10 days and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.
Felicia Smith was instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license and failure to appear in court.
Melvin Crouch was granted a judicial diversion and must pay $50 plus costs for violation of the open container law.
Jackie Narramore was fined $50 plus costs for violation of the open container law.
Mark Gregory Brock was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $160 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.
Justin Cade Nunley was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of possession of drugs for resale.
Manuel Gavin, Joshua D. Morrison, Jeffery Thomas Sartain, Robert L. Alexander, Kimberly A. Duke, Dana Summers, Susana Salas Salazar, Billy E. Cooke Jr., Michelle Mikkola, Jose M. Centeno Morales and Cersandra Jones were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
Travis E. Scott must serve 30 days for violation of probation.
Timothy A. Fults must serve five days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
The remainder of cases on the docket were either continued to a later date, dismissed, or were minor moving violations settled by safety school or small fine.
