Sixteen people were sentenced this week by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court.
Included in circuit court action:
Samuel Darrell Jr. was instructed to serve 120 days of a four-year sentence, perform 20 hours public service work and pay $75 plus costs for theft and aggravated burglary.
Johnny P. Moore was directed to serve 90 days of a three-year sentence and pay $75 plus costs for aggravated burglary, theft and evading arrest.
James Odineal was ordered to serve four years and pay $4,000 for manufacture of meth. He may participate in the drug court program.
Jason J. Musick was ordered to serve 85 days of a two-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for cultivating marijuana.
James Grosch was ordered to serve 180 days of an 11-29 sentence for evading and resisting arrest.
James Eric Dixon was fined $500 plus costs for driving while impaired.
Anthony Lance Vogel must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
Lisa Martin must serve 150 days for violation of probation.
Billy Harper must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
Cecilia Wade must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
Shelcha Odom must serve six months for violation of probation.
William Paul McGee was ordered to serve 209 days for violation of probation.
Darrell Strawther must serve the balance of his probation of probation.
J.J. Crouch must serve 60 days and extended his probation by one year for violation of probation.
Sammie Hillis had probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
