Ross hears 49-person court docket

A 49-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court.
Included in court action:

• Angelia Sue Burke was bound over to the grand jury on charges of manufacture of meth, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

• Kim Duke was bound over to the grand jury on charges of forgery and theft. She must serve 45 days for violation of probation.

• Scott Lehman was directed to serve 180 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft and violation of probation.

• Robbie Ward was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft.

• Pamela Kay Zimmerman was given a six-month probationary sentence and must make restitution, perform 16 hours public service work for theft.

• Carl Blankenship Jr. was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for theft.

• Rickie Shawn Cummings was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $300 restitution and stay out of Bernie’s for vandalism.

• Eric Linder was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 20 hours public service work on the charge of assault.

• Severiano Granados must serve 13 days for criminal trespassing.

• Letitia Glenn was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution for passing five worthless checks.

• Tina Conley was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work for passing a worthless check for $200.

• Jesse D. Judkins must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.

• Beningo Lopez must serve 20 days for contempt of court.

• Alvin Lee Patrick must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.

• Bartolo Rodrequez must pay $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.

• Carl Blankenship Sr. must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.

• Mauro Rojas Diaz must serve four days and pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication and failure to appear in court.

• Thomas Davis Loftis must serve 45 days for failure to appear in court and violation of probation.
