Clark, Vaughan say vows in church ceremony
The bride is the daughter of Jerry and Anne Clark of Sierra Vista, Ariz. She is the granddaughter of Walter and Rowena Clark of Morrison, Fred and Mildred McGlothin of McMinnville.
Parents of the bridegroom are Thomas and Cindy Hemingson of Clarksville. He is the grandson of Al and Dee Weathermon of Oregon.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her father. She was attired in a wedding gown of white satin and lace enhanced with shimmering beadwork. The full skirt extended into a long flowing train. She wore lace gloves and a bridal veil of silk illusion that was attached to a white floral headpiece. Forming the bride’s cascading bouquet were clusters of white roses, stock and delphinium.
Chosen as matron of honor was Trixie Dickson. She wore a long gown of green satin adorned with matching roses and styled with an empire waist, lace sleeves and V-back. She carried a bouquet of white stock and delphinium.
Flower girl Sarah Hemingson wore a sleeveless blue satin gown with an empire waist and long skirt. She held a blue flower basket containing assorted flowers.
Best man was Will Cannon and Jason Vaughan was ring bearer.
After the exchanging of vows, a reception was held in the church fellowship hall.
The couple honeymooned at Opryland Hotel in Nashville. They are now residing in Clarksville where she is a student at Austin Peay State University and he is employed by Convergys.
