General Session: Ross hears 50-person court docket

A 50-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court.

Included in court action:

• Gaybrielle Rae Campbell was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of child abuse and neglect.

• Shannon Kay Campbell was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of manufacture of drugs.

• Wendell Darrell Reed was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of manufacture of drugs.

• Ricky Ryan Hobbs was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of manufacture of drugs.

• David Romero was given a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 32 hours public service work for domestic assault.

• Steven Griffin was given a six-month probationary sentence and must undergo anger management classes for assault.

• Barbara Wagoner was bound over to the grand jury on charges of theft and forgery.

• Raymond Lockhart was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work, pay $10 plus costs and was banned from Wal-Mart for three years for theft.

• Eunice Lee Johnson was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of theft over $1,000.

• Oscar Castenda was bound over to the grand jury on charge of burglary and theft.

• Tammy J. Barrett was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work and must stay out of Wal-Mart for three years for theft.

• James Whittaker was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must make restitution and stay out of Wal-Mart for three years for theft.

• Charlene Stafford was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $10 plus costs and perform eight hours public service work for shoplifting.

• Randy Keith Robertson was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must make restitution and stay out of Wal-Mart for three years for theft.

• Hilaria Najera was given a six-month probationary sentence and must make restitution, perform 16 hours public service work and stay out of Wal-Mart for three years for theft.

• Cami Hyman was bound over to the grand jury on four worthless check counts totaling $19,136.

• Robert Farr was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $20 plus costs for passing two worthless checks totaling $42.

• Landis Crabtree was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must perform eight hours public service work and pay $10 plus costs for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• Deborah L. Brown must serve 10 days and pay $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.

• Jace Bouldin must pay $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.

• Braulio Costillo was fined $10 plus costs for public intoxication.

• William Madewell was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of disorderly conduct.

• Nathan Fisk was given a six-month probationary sentence which must be served in addition to time for a prior conviction for criminal impersonation and violation of probation.

• Robbie Kilgore must serve 10 days consecutive to his original sentence for failure to appear in court and violation of probation.

• Humberto Reyes must serve five days for failure to appear in court.
