Circuit Court: Judge Stanley sentences nine people

Nine people were sentenced this week by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court.

Included in circuit court action:

• Anthony Lefevers was ordered to serve 210 days of a seven-year sentence and make restitution for aggravated burglary and theft.

• Clifford Keller was directed to serve 270 days of an eight-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for manufacture of methamphetamine and theft.

• Alvin Lee Patrick was ordered to serve 120 days of a three-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for manufacture of meth.

• Bertha Steel was given a four-year sentence for forgery.

• William Morris was directed to serve 90 days of a four-year sentence and make restitution for forgery and theft.

• Mandy Jo Bailey was instructed to serve 100 days of a three-year sentence and pay $75 plus costs for forgery.

• Vincent Lance was directed to serve 75 days of a two-year sentence and pay $75 plus costs for forgery. He was also given 30 days for assault.

• Deborah Ann Evans was ordered to serve four months of an 11-29 sentence, pay $500 plus costs and forfeit her driver’s license for one year for 10th offense driving on a revoked license.

• Josh P. Moore was instructed to serve 72 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $100 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.

• Michael A. Murphy must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
