Circuit Court: Three meth cases included in docket

Fourteen people were sentenced Friday by Circuit Court Judge Charles Haston.

Included in sentencing action:

• Jeremy Smartt was ordered to serve 120 days of a five-year sentence, pay $2,500 plus costs and place his picture in the newspaper for manufacture of meth.

• Donna Samples was directed to serve 60 days of a five-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and place her picture in the newspaper for manufacture of meth.

• Roy Campbell was instructed to serve 120 days of a five-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and place his picture in the newspaper for manufacture of meth.

• Paul Muncey was ordered to serve 180 days of a five-year sentence, pay $2,000 and place his picture in the newspaper for manufacture of meth and simple possession of marijuana.

• Thomas K. Bonner was directed to serve 90 days of an eight-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for possession with intent to sell cocaine.

• Jared Singeton was directed to serve 30 days of a two-year sentence for forgery and criminal impersonation.

• Melanie Farrah was instructed to serve 25 days of a two-year sentence and make restitution for forgery.

• James R. Goff was directed to serve five days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $350 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI.

• Angela Craven must pay $50 plus costs for failure to carry a driver’s license.

• Trisha R. Carter must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.

• Ricky A. Morris must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.

• Russell Smith must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.

• Brandon Haggart must serve 90 days for violation of probation.

• Joel Blanton must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
