Class Of 1964 Reunion
Fortieth Class Reunion for the Van Buren High Class of 1964 will be held on Sat., Sept. 11th at 2:00 PM at Fall Creek Falls Picnic sheds one and two by the Nature Center. A very informal gathering. Everyone should bring a picnic lunch. Drinks, lounge chair or blanket. If at all possible, please plan to attend.

Community Bible Study
McMinnville’s Community Bible Study announces the 2004-2005, 30 week study entitled “Servants of God” (Joshua, Judges, Ruth, 1 & 2 Samuel). Introductory class will meet on Thurs., Sept. 9th from 9:15-11:15 AM at First United Methodist Church, Main Street, McMinnville. A children’s program will be available. Singing
Freedom Missionary Baptist Church located at 6455 Beersheba Hwy. will have a singing on Fri., Sept. 3 at 7p.m. Featured singers will be the Finlayson Singers from Sand Mountain, Alabama along with two other groups.

Fundraiser
Shining Light Baptist Church will hold a fund raiser Sat., Sept. 4 from 10a.m. to 4 p.m. at 2021 Beersheba Hwy. There will be concessions, a car bash, games & food. For info call Betty Scott 473-5895 or Larry Neal 815-2289.

Veterans Outreach
There will be an outreach on Oct. 1 from 9 a.m. till 2 p.m. at the Warren Co. Administrative Bldg. located at 201 Locust St. Free service in filing claims and help with replacement of lost discharges. For more info call James Green at 931-473-6920.

Pleasant Hill Picnic
The annual Pleasant Hill Picnic to benefit the cemetery will be held Sat., Sept. 4, 2004. Bingo -10:00, Devotional Speaker – 11:00, Lunch – 11:30, Business Meeting – 12:45, and Auction – 1:00. Donations can be made at the picnic or mailed to Pleasant Hill Cemetery, c/o Sharon Holmes, 26 Red Oak Dr., Manchester, TN 37355.

Rains Reunion
The 32nd annual Rains Reunion will be held at 11 a.m. at the Jacksboro CIC bldg. There will be a covered dish lunch at noon.
