Judge Bart Stanley sentences 22 people
Twenty-two people were sentenced this week by Judge Bart Stanley in circuit court.
Included in circuit court action:
• Eugene Grayson was ordered to serve 12 years in prison and make restitution for burglary, forgery and theft.
• John Daniel Clark was directed to serve 144 days of a two-year sentence, pay restitution to Northside Market and perform 20 hours public service work for forgery and theft.
• Kyle Estes was directed to serve 150 days of a four-year sentence, make restitution and perform 30 hours public service work for aggravated burglary.
• Joyce M. Mooneyham was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $75 plus costs and stay away from Wal-Mart for theft.
• Freddie Eldridge must serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $175 plus costs for theft.
• James Upchurch was instructed to serve 120 days of a four-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for manufacture of meth and driving on a suspended license.
• April Davenport was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Paula Brook Walker was ordered to serve 120 days of a three-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for manufacture of meth.
• George D. Wade must serve 20 days of a six-month sentence for assault.
• Christopher Hasty must serve 60 days of a two-year sentence and pay $10 plus costs for evading arrest and driving without a license.
• David Russell Grissom must serve 10 days of a two-year sentence, make restitution and perform 30 hours public service work for hindering secured creditors.
• Johnnie Brady was ordered to serve four years, forfeit his driver’s license for five years and pay $3,500 plus costs for 5th-offense DUI and 8th-offense driving on a revoked license.
• Michael D. Stewart was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI.
• Ralph Evans was fined $500 plus costs for driving while impaired.
• Patricia Ledbetter was fined $50 plus costs and must perform 20 hours public service work for disorderly conduct.
• Albert Ray Cantrell was directed to serve four years for violation of habitual traffic offender status.
• Jessie Merriman must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.
• Brian Tidenburg must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Sandra Curtis must serve 150 days and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
• Marilyn Whitman must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
• Rodger Jackson must serve 90 days for violation of probation.
• Edward Fults must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Christy Rains must serve 120 days for violation of probation.
