Judge Ross hears 60-person docket

A 60-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court.

Included in court action:

• Andy Brian McAmis was bound over to the grand jury on charges of assault on an officer, aggravated assault, domestic assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

• Charles N. Phillips was bound over to the grand jury on three counts of aggravated sexual battery.

• Jodie Lee King was given a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 40 hours public service work for domestic assault.

• Nativadad Palomeque was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and attend anger management for domestic assault.

• Larry League Jr. was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must attend anger management and perform 16 hours public service work for simple assault.

• Misty Dawn Rigsby was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform 16 hours public service work and attend anger management for assault.

• Wilburn Clarence Binkley was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of burglary.

• Doug Black and Judy Black were bound over to the grand jury on the charge of vandalism over $1,000.

• Wallace Jewell Rhea Jr. was ordered to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft.

• Kelly Kane was given a six-month probationary sentence and must perform eight hours public service work for theft.

• Timmy Lynn Bunch was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform public service work for theft.

• Sue Whitmore must serve five days of an 11-29 sentence for theft.

• Joshua Thomas Walling was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform eight hours public service work for theft.

• Sandra Turner was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $10 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for theft and failure to appear.

• Eric Lance was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for conveying rental property.

• Carrie Walters was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution and perform 16 hours public service work for hindering secured creditors.

• Charles Musgrove was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must pay $10 plus costs and perform eight hours public service work for passing a worthless check for $30.

• Dawn Oleary was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $10 plus costs and perform eight hours public service work for passing a worthless check for $340.

• Donnie Simmons must serve 60 days of a six-month sentence for passing two worthless checks totaling $28 and violation of probation.

• David Christian was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $10 plus costs and perform eight hours public service work for passing a worthless check for $79. He is not the same David C. Christian who runs McMinnville Funeral Home.

• Andrew John McDonald must serve 72 hours and pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.

• Brad Bauer and Derek Jerome Rader were ordered to serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.

• Raul Valencia Alvas, Jose Paulino Diaz Vega, Jose Javier Loera Centeno and Barry Edward Cole were fined $10 plus costs for public intoxication.

• Timothy Fults must serve 60 days for violation of probation.

• Misty Renee Fults must serve 48 hours for failure to appear in court.

• Calvin Murphy must serve 48 hours and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.

• Eddie Sullivan must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
