Herrin indicted for making over 100 grams of meth

Thirty people were indicted Friday by the Warren County grand jury.

Included in grand jury action:

• Ross Herrin was indicted on the charge of manufacture of meth over 100 grams.

• Daniel Davenport, April Davenport, Robert Hale, Kristy Hale and Destiny Cobb were indicted on the charge of manufacture of meth.

• James Smith was indicted on the charge of introduction of drugs into a penal institution.

• Joyce Mooneyham was indicted on the charge of possession of drugs.

• Billy J. Nelson was indicted on the charge of aggravated assault.

• James West was indicted on the charge of stalking.

• Francisco Salazar was indicted on the charge of assault.

• Rhonda Tidenburg was indicted on the charge of assault.

• Eugene Grayson was indicted on the charge of burglary.

• Steve Leverett was indicted on the charge of burglary.

• Tammy Davis was indicted on the charge of forgery.

• Patricia Richardson was indicted on the charge of forgery.

• William Parker was indicted on the charge of forgery.

• Dustin McKillip and Michael Tidenburg were indicted on the charge of theft.

• Jeffery Martin was indicted on the charge of theft.

• Ricky Scott was indicted on the charge of theft.

• Maxine Jones was indicted on the charge of theft.

• Amanda Smartt was indicted on the charge of theft.

• Terry Kneer was indicted on the charge of filing a false report.

• Jessie Strothers was indicted on the charge of phone harassment.

• Johnnie Brady was indicted on the charge of fifth-offense DUI.

• Barbara Kennedy was indicted on the charge of second-offense DUI.

• Samuel Womack was indicted on the charge of violation of habitual traffic offender status.

• James Agee was indicted on the charge of second-offense DUI.

• Daniel Sullivan was indicted on the charge of second-offense driving on a revoked license.

• Lannie Lance, Amanda Smartt, Lawrence Key and Michael Tidenburg were given no-true bills, meaning they were not indicted, on their various charges.
