Breeding gets 60 days for trespass

A 67-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court.

Included in court action:

• Zachary Breeding was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $2,700 restitution and a $75 fine for theft and criminal trespass.

• Shawn Martin was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of drugs.

• Donald Fults Jr. was bound over to the grand jury for manufacture, sale or delivery of drugs and possession of drugs.

• James Johnston was bound over to the grand jury on charges of manufacture and possession of drugs.

• James Judkins was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of criminal attempt to manufacture drugs.

• Brian Anthony Pease was bound over to the grand jury on charges of manufacture of drugs, simple possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Brandon Rains was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $350 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.

• Billy Adams was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated assault.

• Stanley Anderson was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $100 plus costs and attend anger management courses for domestic assault and resisting arrest.

• Karen George was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $10 plus costs, perform 16 hours public service work and attend anger management courses for simple assault.

• Jacquilin Driver was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for assault.

• Donnie Sparkman was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs, perform eight hours public service work and attend anger management courses for simple assault.

• Ronnie Wilmoth was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $100 plus costs for assault.

• Koshoka Dwayne King was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay restitution for assault and vandalism.

• Anthony W. Ferrell was bound over to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs and possession of a weapon.

• Nathan Ferrell was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for evading arrest.

• Brandon Tallent was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $375 in fines, make $1,200 restitution and perform 16 hours public service work for theft, simple possession of drugs and consumption of alcohol under the age of 21.

• Roy Donald Sparkman was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for theft.

• Arlin Pinkard was instructed to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $150 plus costs for passing three worthless checks totaling $138.

• Paul Louise Ware was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $10 plus costs and stay out of Wal-Mart for theft.

• Charles Turner was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $10 plus costs for passing a worthless check for $40.

• Debbie J. Smith was granted a six-month judicial diversion for passing a worthless check for $95.

• Jesus Perez was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for two years for second-offense DUI.

• Joseph Curtis must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.

• Dianna Smith was fined $10 plus costs for public intoxication.

• Aaron McBride was fined $50 plus costs and must perform 16 hours public service work for consumption of alcohol under the age of 21.

• Carolyn Myers was fined $10 plus costs for harassment by phone.

• Joshua Thompson was fined $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.

• Isabel Sandoval was fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.

• Kenneth Lawson was directed to serve seven days of a six-month sentence for driving on a revoked license and failure to appear in court.

• Heather Polson must serve eight days for failure to appear in court.

• Shelcha Odom must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
