Ross hears 42-person court docket
A 42-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court.
Included in court action:
? Paul Ikeard was ordered to serve 21 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $290 for domestic assault.
? Juan Carlos Delafuentes was instructed to serve 12 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $866 for criminal trespass and simple possession of drugs.
? Barry Craig Melton was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for simple possession.
? Oracio Hernandez was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $10 plus costs for assault.
? James D. Pease was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $200 plus costs for stalking.
? Donna Nicholes was granted a six-month judicial diversion for passing a worthless check for $24.
? Matt O?Neal was given a six-month probationary sentence for passing a worthless check for $23.
? Dallas Parson was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence for passing a worthless check for $253.
? Michael Goralski, Christopher George, Brooks Majors and Forest Marsh were each fined $50 plus costs and must perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption of alcohol.
? Howard Lorenz was fined $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
? Juan Carol Rodriguez was fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
? Tommy Hodges had his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.
Clarification
? Allen Jay Johnson, a roofer and resident of Liberty Lane, is not the Alan Johnson charged with public intoxication and drug paraphernalia.
