Barbara Ann Berry, 53

Warren County native Barbara Ann Berry died suddenly Dec. 23 at River Park Hospital. A homemaker, Mrs. Berry, age 53, was the daughter of the late Elbert and Weltham May Parker Bell. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Ralph Berry of Morrison; children and spouses, Donna and Brad Gross of Viola and James (Bubba) Freeze of Morrison.

Three grandchildren, Kelsey, Brady and Shelbe Gross, also survive, as do three brothers, William (Pete) Bell of Morrison, and Ronald Douglas Bell and David Wayne Bell, both of McMinnville. She is survived by sisters, Martha Lefevers of Springfield and Betty Pack of Vervilla as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Berry was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Fuson and Willie Hittell, and a brother, James (Buck) Bell.

Services were held Thursday at High’s Chapel with burial in Bascom Cemetery in the Vervilla community. Dean Northcutt officiated at the 2:30 p.m. service. Mrs. Berry was a member of Covenant Fellowship Church.

High Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
